Přemysl Otakar II., král český a kníže rakouský, dává bratřím řádu německých rytířů (domus sancte Marie de domo theutonica) soud nad lidmi z jejich dvou vsí - Miletín (Mylatyn) a Chomutov (Chomontowe) se všemi právy, tj. i s právem popravy.
