Vítek z Černčic, Mikuláš scholastik a celá vyšehradská kapitula pronajímají zákupným právem část zahrady, patřící k děkanství, ve vsi Psářích za roční plat 100 grošů vinaři Pešíkovi a jeho dědicům za přesně vytyčených podmínek.
