Pešík řeč. z Rozhovic (Rozhowicz), který koupil od Velka a Mařána rychtu v Malčíně (Maliczin), se zavazuje, že on i jeho potomci prodají tuto rychtu pouze se souhlasem vilémovského kláštera vesničanu a nikoliv šlechtici.
