Tomiš a Ješek, bratří, a Zdeněk, syn Tomišův, panoši z Vicemilic vysvědčují, že prodali za 15 kop gr. Otíkovi z městečka Vilémova plat 1 kopu gr. z dědiny 40 jiter, kterou obdělával ve vsi Bousov (Bussowna) Přešťan (Przyestan), a stanoví svými ručiteli Ješka z Kunemile (Cunomil) a Svatobora z Bousova (Bussowna).
