Přemysl [II.], král český, potvrzuje břevnovskému klášteru všechna privilegia, týkající se proboštství v Polici (Politz) se všemi statky za pohořím Stěny, náležejícími se všemi právy klášteru, a zapovídá sudímu a úředníkům v Kladsku souditi tamní lidi, kteří mají státi jen pražskému soudu a králi; pokuta však má připadnout opatu Martinovi a jeho nástupcům.
