Malše (Malichie), vdova po Frovinovi (Vorowini), pražském měšťanu, s dcerou Isoldou (Isalda), zetěm Ottou, synem Frenclina a Kunešem (Cunchone), rychtářem, Frenclinem, otcem chlapcovým, a Welwinem přistupuje na smír a vzdává se ve prospěch břevnovského opata a konventu nároku na ves Řepy (Zepi) za náhradu 60 hřiven stříbra pražské váhy.
