Jan [IV.], biskup pražský, daruje břevnovskému klášteru na obživu, neb na ryby všechny důchody farních kostelů v Bříství (Brziest), Liboci (Lubocz) a Svrkyni (Swyrkyn) a povoluje opatu Bavorovi a jeho nástupcům ustanovovati při těchto kostelích mnichy, nebo vikáře.
