Abstract
1340, duben 29, Brno(in civitate Brunnen.)
Karel (Karulus) z Uherčic (Aurcicz) vysvědčuje, že od opata Petra a konventu vilémovského kláštera (Wylemow) přijal 3 lány v Uherčicích s dvorem na dobu svého života, za což má prokazovat služby klášteru a chránit jeho poddané. Po jeho smrti připadnou lány s dvorem opět klášteru, zrno na osev a dobytek bude náležet jeho dědicům, vystavené budovy klášteru. Nedodrží-li smlouvu, stane se sám poddaným a sluhou kláštera.
