Jan Lucemburský, král český, povoluje opatu a konventu vilémovského (in Willemow) kláštera na jejich stížnost, aby stíhali ty, kdo nezaplatili při cestě přes jejich statky clo, dali je v městech, hradech a místech, kde budou dopadeni, uvěznit a donutit k náhradě a vybízí obyvatele a úředníky, aby jim v tom byli nápomocni.
