Kvardián Jan, "Lessmeister Jan Diurig, zpovědník panen (svaté Kláry) Henyngnus, Jan Ebron a konvent menších bratří řádu svatého Františka v Chebu prohlašují, že jim Kateřina Domlová (di alt Domlin) darovala stříbrný kalich, za což mají sloužit mše za dárkyni a její příbuzné.
