Heinrich, biskup řezenský, publikuje na žádost Emericha de Kemel, profesora řádu svatého Františka, apoštolského nuncia a komisaře, bulu papeže Sixta IV. danou 7. prosince 1480 o udělení plnomocných odpustků všem, kdož přispějí církvi na obranu proti Turkům.
