Bratr Jan Kapistrán (de Capistrano) uděluje kadaňskému faráři Janovi z Manětína (?)(de Meneting), purkmistru Mikuláši Zedlitzerovi (Czedliczer), rychtáři, konšelům a všem obyvatelům města konfraternitu a činí je účastnými na bohoslužbách františkánského řádu.
