Abstract
30. srpen 1458, Glogów (Glogouia)
Vladislav, kníže slezský, těšínský a hlohovský, se souhlasem Jošta, biskupa vratislavského, plebána Fabiána a konšelů a obce města Góry (Gorensis) dává františkánům městiště na předměstí Góry zvané "Kenczin" s rybníkem a polem pro vystavení kláštera s kostelem, hřbitovem atd. a dává jim imunity a privilegia, jaká mají ostatní kláštery tohoto řádu. Nařizuje všem obyvatelům, aby jim nebránili v přijímání odkazů a hájili jejich práva.
