17. únor 1484, Vratislav (Breslaw)
Dr. Fabián Hancko, kanovník a správce arcijáhenství kostelů ve Vratislavi, na místě arcijáhna Kašpara Marienama potvrzuje, že podle svědectví kmetů rychty na "Walgasse" prodal pekař Martin Mosman zahradu v ceně 14 hřiven českých grošů, kterou zdědil po své manželce Markétě, Dorotě Hofmannové (Hofmannynne) a Anně Kamererové (Kamererynne), sestrám třetího řádu svatého Františka.
