29. březen 1609
Jan Křtitel Civallus OFM, biskup nigropolský a sufragán olomoucký, vysvědčuje, že posvětil oltář ke cti P. Marie a uložil v něm ostatky sv. Anežky, Barbory, Korduly a Eklechy a uděluje věřícím v tento den rok a ve výročí 40 dní odpustků.
