Rytíř Vítek řečený z Úpy a ze Švábenic, moravský maršálek, daruje se souhlasem synů (Boč)ka1, Všebora, Gebharda a Jana, bratřím zderazského kláštera podací kostelní v Bernarticích, Zlaté Olešnici a Albeřicích (Alberonis villa), dále půl lánu v Úpě, půl lánu v Libči (Lubecz), svobodný les, rybolov na Úpě a mlýn.
