14. srpen 1304, Praha
František rychtář a přisežní města Prahy vysvědčují podle svědectví Jana de Gallis, Sypota z Benešova, Mikuláše Tafelrunge a Siefrida z Týnského dvora, že pekař Řehoř Böhm (Boemus) odkázal svůj dům a čtyři mlýny na Poříčí mistru špitálu svatého Františka po smrti své ženy Milky (Mylcza) a švagrové Tominy (Thomyany), které jich budou po dobu svého života užívat.
