Abstract
9. září 1243, Korneuburg (?) (Neuwenburch prope Leubendorf)
Děkan z Stadlau (Stadelowe), farář z Russbachu (Ruspach) a farář z Leobendorfu (Leubendorf) rozhodují spor mezi Jindřichem, farářem z Waldkirchen (Walchunskirchen), a šlechticem T. o desátky ze tří vesnic, o kterých onen šlechtic tvrdil, že je má lénem od svého pána. Vydavatelé této listiny nahlédli v starší nález, který vynesl P. kardinál Panny Marie "in via lata" ve sporu s C. z Altu (Altha), a přisuzují desátky kostelu.
