Abstract
11. prosinec 1359, Praha-Malá Strana,dům arcijáhna horšovského Petra
Petr, arcijáhen horšovský a oficiál arcibiskupské kurie, vydává k žádosti Mikuláše, převora Zderazského kláštera, opis listiny pražského biskupa Jana z 1. května 1260 (Praha), kterou vymezuje farnost kostela v Úpě, 1 kterou daroval Jiljí z Úpy úpskému špitálu. - Listinu sepsal veřejný notář Oldřich syn Heřmana ze Zhorce.
