Papež Alexander IV. na žádost převora a bratří špitálu svatého Františka v Praze řádu svatého Augustina, bezprostředně podléhajícího papežské stolici, potvrzuje bratřím znamení kříže a hvězdy, které jim podle pokynu daného listinou papeže Innocence IV. udělil pražský biskup.1
