1. leden 1292, Praha
Václav /II./, král český, dává pražskému biskupu Tobiáši, který vlastní vesnice Běchary (Bechar) a Blíževedly (Blisebi) s pátečními tydenními trhy, s poplatky, které platí kupci na těchto trzích atd., jako to vlastnili předchozí biskupové, na jeho žádost právo soudit v těchto vesnicích také všechny zločiny.
