Abstract
16. březen 1399, Vratislav (Wratislawia)
Hereš ze Zvířetic (Zwierzieticz), velkopřevor johanitského řádu vysvědčuje, že Mikuláš Vorlorn, měšťan v Dzierżoniówě (Richnbach), daroval svému synu Mikuláši, členu johanitského řádu, 4 hřivny grošů pražských platu na radním domě v Dzierżoniówě. Po smrti johanity Mikuláše má plat připadnout tamní komendě.
