25. květen 1412, Dzierżoniów (Rychinbach)
Jindřich Predel a František Fabris, páni v Ratajnu (Panthenaw), vysvědčují a potvrzují, že tamní šoltys Mikuláš Yrbin prodal komturovi a konventu v Dzierżoniówě (Richinbach) za 10 hřiven grošů pražských 1 hřivnu ročního platu z krčmy a 2 lánů v Ratajnu. Plat se má odvádět po čtvrthřivnách o suchých dnech.
