Dietmar z Gebmanns (von dem Gebneis) a jeho žena Kristina prodávají lán, dvůr a pole ve Felsu (Velcz) se vším příslušenstvím za 24 liber vídeňských feniků johanitské komendě v Mailbergu (Mowerperge) a zavazují se je spolu s Jindřichem Eysauerem, Rugerem Stouzerem aj. hájit proti jiným nárokům.
