4. duben 1419, Dzierżoniów (Rychinbach)
Jošt, komtur v Dzierżoniówě, vysvědčuje, že Mikuláš Fuerer, poddaný v Pieszyci (Petirschwalde), prodal abatyši a konventu v Strzegomi (Stregin), zvláště pak panně Barboře Menczelové (Menczelyne), za 10 hřiven grošů pražských 1 hřivnu ročního platu ze svého lánu, splatnou ve dvou termínech na sv. Michala a sv. Walpurgu1.
