Abstract
15. srpen 1356
Jan (Jans) z Clemenz (Clemens), jeho žena Dymuet a jeho bratr Irnfried z Clemenz prodávají 2 lány v Zwingendorfu (Zcwingendorf) a dvě louky pod touto vsí s příslušenstvím (bez dvou malých vinic, které kdysi prodal) z nichž se platí purkrecht 5 feniků vídeňských ročně, bratru Mikuláši z Wildungsmauer (Willdungsmawer), mistru, a konventu komendy v Mailbergu (Mewrperg) za 170 liber vídeňských feniků.
