31. březen 1229, u Akky
Jindřich ze Zebingu (Chebighu) postupuje chudým a nemocným špitálu johanitského řádu do rukou mistra bratra B. /Bernarda/ de Thessi /Thessiaco/, své fojtství a všechny své důchody ze vsi johanitského špitálu Mnich (Munuslach)1 ležící u jeho vsi Fistritz (Uistrich) a zavazuje se spolu se svými dědici, že bude nadále strážcem a ochráncem této vsi.
