Kryštof z Laa (Lach) postupuje Michalu Syndramovi, komturovi komend sv. Jana v Kärntnerstrasse (Kerner) ve Vídni a v Unterlaa (Nidern Lach), 1 jitro polí v Unterlaa mezi polem Velberových a cestou k Schwechatu (Swechent) výměnou za dvůr a ovocnou zahradu v Oberlaa (Obern Lach) mezi farním dvorem a potokem.
