Abstract
21. srpen 1505, Vratislav (Wratislauie)
Jan Schewerlein, kanovník vratislavský a generální vikář a oficiál vratislavského biskupa Jana, nařizuje kněžím vratislavské diecése uvést ve správu farního kostela v Turówu (Thawer), uvolněného smrtí faráře bratra Mikuláše, nového faráře bratra Ondřeje Gavanda (recte Gandaua), kterého konfirmoval na základě presentace Jana Doringa (Doryngk), preceptora johanitské komendy ve Vratislavi (Wrat.).
