1. duben 1497, Vyškov
M. Daniel Kostelecký (Costeleczensis), kanovník olomoucký a správce biskupství olomouckého, povoluje špilberskému purkrabímu Hercpetrovi (Herczepetr), kterému zakázal komtur Martin účast na bohoslužbách, poněvadž dal ze špitálu odvléci jednoho ze své čeledi, který se tam utekl, tuto účast, poněvadž slíbil špitálu zadostiučinění.
