24. duben 1332, Losiów (Lossow)
Konrád řečený Spigel, komtur johanitské komendy v Losiówě (Lossow), vysvědčuje, že Ymma, dcera bývalého šoltyse v Losiówě Jindřicha, odkázala tamní komendě 3 hřivny grošů polského čísla ročního platu z hospody v Losiówě a 1 hřivnu z hospody v Jasioně (Jeschin) splatné každoročně na sv. Michala, které koupila svým nákladem a které má až do své smrti pobírat.
