Abstract
9. prosinec 1545, Brzeg (Briegg)
Friedrich, kníže slezský, lehnický a břežský, zástavní držitel knížectví münsterberského, potvrzuje, že v přítomnosti hejtmana v Brzegu a Olawě (Olaw) Jana z Leiningen (Leyning) prodala Anna, vdova po Bernardu Waldovi na Zwanowicích (Schwanewicz) (zastoupená poručníkem Kryštofem Reibnitzem) svůj podíl na vsích Losiów (Lossen), Jasiona (Jeschen), Buszyce (Buchhaus) a Rózyna (Rosenntall) za určitou sumu peněz, hotově zaplacenou, Mikuláši Tscheschovi na Krzepicích (Kripicz); její mladší syn František bude moci, až dosáhne 20 let, vsi za tuto sumu vykoupit.
