10. leden 1371, Praha
Jan ze Zvířetic (Zwereticz), převor johanitského řádu v Čechách, vysvědčuje, že Henslín, komtur z Žitavě (Zittawia), odkázal johanitům u Panny Marie v Praze 1 kopu ročního platu, aby konali za něj a jeho rodiče 2x v roce anniversaria. Zároveň povoluje Henslinovi míti majetek.
