13. únor 1415, Praha
Komtur Zděněk a konvent u Panny Marie na Menším Městě vysvědčují, že prodali za 10 kop grošů Roze z Kutné Hory na dobu jejího života dům, který postavila Dobroslava mezi domy panny Kateřiny a Kateřiny Zrzavé (Ruffe). Roza má dům vlastním nákladem opravovati a jen kdyby shořel, může jim ho svobodně odstoupiti.
