Abstract
25. červenec 1332, Tyniec nad Sleza (Tyncia)
Český převor Michal vysvědčuje, že uzavřel úmluvu s Konrádem Hachynbergem, který s chotí Kateřinou zřídil oltář, že Konrád odkázal johanitskému řádu a komendě v Zlotoryji (Auremontis) 5 hřiven ročního platu, budou-li denně konati u tohoto oltáře bohoslužby johanité.
