Karel IV., král římský a český, vyjímá ze statků Viléma ze Strakonic (Straconitz), které podle zápisu v deskách zemských mají po jeho smrti připadnout králi,16 hřiven důchodů, s nimiž může Vilém pro spásu své duše naložit podle libosti.
