13. duben 1709, Malta
Bratr Raymundus de Perellos et Rocafull, velmistr johanitského řádu, potvrzuje inserovanou bulu velmistra Emerica Damboyse a konventu na Rhodu z 28. března 1505, vypsanou z knihy velmistrovských bul, jíž nařizují převoru kostela P. Marie na Menším Městě pražském po uvolnění českého (strakonického) převorství smrtí nebo odchodem Jana ze Švamberka (Sevuambergh) přijmout řádové sliby od jeho nástupce Matyáše Tuchorského (Luuhorshin), ustanoveného králem Vladislavem (Vuladislaus), a uvést ho ve správu převorství.
