6. říjen 1355, Praha
Karel IV., král český, potvrzuje inzerovaná privilegia: 1) Václava II. z 1. VIII. 1291 (Klodzko), kterým daruje farnímu kostelu P. Marie v Klodzku (Glacz) desátky ze dvora v Korytówě (Chorithowe) na sloužení mše k poctě P. Marie a po jeho smrti zádušní mše, 2) Jana Lucemburského z 5. VII. 1319 (Nymburk-Newemburga super Albea) téhož obsahu.
