Otto z Walde (Walder) spolu se svými dědici postupuje Hanuši Sebekchovi z Seebachu (Sebach), jeho ženě Perchtě a dědicům své 2 lenní statky v Senningu (Senging), které před ním drželi jako léno Hueglingové a z nichž se platí ročně 12 a 1 libra vídeňských feniků, zavazuje se je hájit proti cizím nárokům a hradit případně škody.
