28. srpen 1397, /Lwówek/
Jan Funko, podrychtář, a kmeti ve Lwówku (Lewenberg) vysvědčují, že Jakub z Brzegu (Brigaw), pietanciář a celý konvent johanitů ve Lwówku prodali Henschilovi Tubenerovi zahradu kdysi Taschovu za 1/2 hřivny úmoru a za 1/2 hřivny a 3 kuřata ročního platu.
