Abstract
17. duben 1476, Lwówek (lewennburgen)
Veřejný notář Jan, syn Matouše Nitsche ze Lwówku (Lewenberg) vysvědčuje, že Mikuláš Eckarth, pekař ve Lwówku, a jeho manželka odkázali tamní johanitské komendě na výživu 2 hřivny ročního platu (po smrti každého z nich má být městskou radou vydána komendě listina vždy na 1 hřivnu); bratři budou povinni sloužit každoročně o suchých dnech vigilie a zádušní mše za jejich duše.
