Hanuš Ryme ze Soboty (Czoboten), Heinz v. Borau (Boraw) a Jíří Beyer jako zástupci Siegfrieda Raussendorfa (Rawssendorffes) a Hanuš a Kašpar Raussendorfové jako zástupci Bernarda a Friedricha Raussendorfů uzavírají přátelskou úmluvu o rozdělení otcovského statku Raussendorfů v Plakowicích (Plackowicz); Siegfried na jedné a Bernard a Friederich na druhé straně mají každý sám soudit své poddané, cizí poddané pak společně; společně mají uspokojovat dlužní a jiné nároky na kterýkoli z obou dílů statku.
