Konšelé města Brzegu se zavazují zachovávati úmluvu uzavřenou s tamním komturem o zahrady za městem. Komturovi náležejí zahrady za Opolskou branou směrem k Pawlówu (Pawlaw) a další zahrady za Malujowickou branou (Molwiczensem).
