Abstract
19. prosinec 1505, Budín (Ohffen)
Vladislav Jagellonský, král uherský a český, zastavuje kuřata, tele a jednoho leníka s platy a služebnostmi ve vsi Jarostów (Eisendorff) za 300 zlatých uherských Zikmundovi ze Seidlitz na Kraskówě (Krazkaw), hejtmanu v Lusině (Lussen). 8. červenec 1532, Jawor Hanuš ze Seidlitz, hejtman ve Svídnicku a Javorsku, vyznává, že Zikmund ze Seidlitz prodal všechny své důchody ze vsi Lusina (Lussen) Zikmunda Kältschovi, komturovi, a komendě johanitů ve Strzegomi (Striegaw).
