12. leden 1508, /Strzegom/
Kmeti města Strzegomi (Stregaw) vysvědčují, že Dorota, vdova po Ondřeji Reynoldovi, prodala listinu na 1/2 hřivny ročního platu na masném krámě Bartoloměje Neitharta Blažeji Henchenovi a všem budoucím oltářníkům oltáře P. Marie ve farním kostele ve Strzegomi.
