Abstract
1282, Świdnica (Swidnicz)
František, hrabě z Tyńce (Tyncia), prodává Rembothovi a jeho dědicům 40 lánů k vysazení vsi zvané Starý Tyniec (Antiqua Tyncia). Za to má mu platiti o sv. Martině 4 měřice pšenice, žita a ovsa a johanitům 1/4 hřivny stříbra.
