14. srpen 1510, /Vratislav/
Rada města Vratislav (Breslaw) vysvědčuje, že Řehoř Schultz, měšťan vratislavský, se zavázal platit 4 hřivny ročního platu ze statku Lusina (Lossen) u Strzegomi Janu Tymovi (Thyme), komturovi /komendy řádu sv. Jana Jeruzalémského/ ve Strzegomi (Stregaw).
