Abstract
11. červenec 1331, Legnica (Legnitz)
Boleslav, kníže slezský a lehnický, se souhlasem svého syna Václava dává členům johanitského řádu Jindřichovi řečenému Kitzinger (Kuczinger) 5 hřiven a Vavřinci, synu Konráda ze Świdnice (De Swidenicz), měšťana vratislavského, 2 hřivny důchodu ze vsi Wiese (Weze), kterou z kraje Grodkówského převádí do kraje olavského; po smrti obou bratří připadne důchod 7 hřiven komturovi Kitthelovi (Ketyl) a komendě v Oleśnici M. (Olsna), jimž rovněž prodává všechny daně, poplatky a služebnosti ze vsi Wiese.
