Vladislav I., král český, daruje k postavení kostela a špitálu Panny Marie část území u mostu v Praze, ves Letky (Lettegh), pole zvané Ostruzen, jmění Jindřicha, syna Hartmanova, a Kozárovice (Cozarouici) a potvrzuje jeho vlastnické právo na Březiněves (Bresinaues), Nevremice (Nevremic), Radotín, Pačlavice (Pacizlauiz) a Hrušovany (Grusovan).
