5. březen 1447, Znojmo (w Znoymie)
Jan, Mikuláš, Beneš a Jiřík, bratři řečení Talafúsové z Říčan (Rziczan), prodávají sirotkům po Dobešovně Waitmilnarové z Žerotic (Ziroticz) podací kostela v Mikulovicích (Mikulowicziech) a ruší zápisy na toto podací, které měli v moravských zemských deskách.
